we managed a TaeumnKt,&M patient with pleural effusion due to heart failure. We diagnosed as
c c E> and treated with Jowwu%6ungtang(X W f **), going with western medicinal management. His chief complaint was ortholxx%, chest disconnfott, aough. The state of patient was mmeasuted with patients complaints and chest X-ray. We gained outstanding uq ovemen on patron¢¥s chief complaints, but there was no particular change of chest x-ray until thotacatcesis. In this case, it seems that cooperations of east-west medidne would be beneficial to treatment of patients.
